The COP17 Sub-Committee on Cooperation invites expressions of interest for the organization of events and sessions related to science and technology knowledge sharing and public awareness during COP17, to be held from 17 to 28 August 2026 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The submission portal is now open. Organizations planning to convene an event or session are invited to submit their proposed science and technology activity through the designated submission link.
Please note: All submitted expressions of interest will be recorded in the COP17 organizing database and reviewed by the COP17 National Scientific Working Group to explore opportunities for coordination and collaboration; however, submission of an expression of interest does not constitute official registration for COP17. Organizers are responsible for securing the necessary funding to implement their activities. Inclusion of an activity in the COP17 programme is contingent upon the organizer’s ability to ensure adequate resources for its delivery.
